  • Auto-renews monthly

Enterprise

  • Custom pricing
  • Activated manually
  • Requires a signed agreement

Billing

  • Payments are processed by Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically
  • You may cancel anytime
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious files
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Scrape or harvest data
  • Use the platform for illegal purposes
  • Interfere with system performance

Intellectual Property

All content, scoring systems, algorithms, and designs are owned by DevourNow. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

SEO Audits & Recommendations

Restaurant Rank provides automated analysis and recommendations. Results are informational and not guaranteed to produce specific outcomes.

Studio Services

Studio Services include website creation, SEO optimization, and ongoing updates. You grant DevourNow permission to modify your website, metadata, and related assets as part of the service.

Limitation of Liability

DevourNow is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Third-party service failures
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Non-payment
  • Abuse
  • Security risks
  • Violations of these Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Massachusetts.
